Job Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell Uptownvibz's diverse services, including Fit-Out Work, Maintenance, Building Construction, Cleaning, Painting, Interior Design, Electrical & Aluminium Installations, Glass Work, Fire & Safety Solutions, Security Systems, and Tile Fixing.

- Generate leads, build client relationships (contractors, property managers, businesses, and homeowners), and deliver tailored solutions.

- Conduct site visits, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts to meet client needs.

- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Stay updated on UAE construction regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

- Own Visa (Preferred).

- 1-3 years of sales experience in construction, facilities management, or related industries.

- Proven track record in selling technical services (e.g., fit-outs, MEP, fire safety).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

- Basic technical knowledge of construction/services (e.g., understanding blueprints, materials).
