Job Brief:

Our client, a firm based in Dubai, specializing in Civil, MEP, Fit-out works, Interior design, glass partition, home renovation, painting, and Real Estate services, is seeking a female Sales Executive to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out potential clients requiring various maintenance services including Civil, MEP, Fit-out works, Interior design, glass partition, home renovation, painting, and Real Estate services.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Utilize a comprehensive understanding of the industry to engage with clients effectively.

- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate maintenance and construction solutions.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.

- Provide regular sales reports to management.

- Effectively communicate product information to potential clients.

- Drive sales efforts to achieve targets and contribute to the company\'s growth.

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, such as marketing and product development.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of UAE-based experience in Civil, MEP, Fit-out works, Interior design, glass partition, home renovation, painting, and Real Estate services.

- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (Female candidates preferred).

- Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand and fulfill client requirements.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the construction and maintenance industry.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and overcome objections.
