Job Description

Position Title

: Sales Executive (Connect and Polestar education)

Duties and responsibilities:



Conducting market research and analyses (analyzing competitor's behavior, competitor's prices, what kind of offers/packages are more demanded on the market currently, making customer segmentation) in order to cerate the potential customer bases;

Attracting potential customers (for the connect) and students (for the Polestar) and creating e appropriate data bases;

Develop, plan and execute affective sales strategy (for both, Connect and Polestar);

To participate in the process of preparing various offers for the customers and students and anticipating the best price policy together with General Manager;

Increase the sales indicators of the studio (increase the sales of the studio);

.To plan the promotional activities in order to increase the sales together with the marketing team and General Manager;

Timely informing clients about the new products/services or special offers (for both connect and Polestar) via social media together with the marketing team;

Connecting with the companies and websites specializing in providing clients databases and ensuring to receive the necessary information from them;

Preparing corporative and individual offers for potential clients, as well as designing barter cooperation when needed (together with GM);

Visiting different types of organizations in order to represent and promote Connect and Polestar and planning the,, open doors" sessions as well;

Accomplishing the different tasks of immediate supervisor;

Communicating with the customers and students face to face, as well as via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp groups or social media;

Communicating with the students and assisting them when needed (creating groups in WhatsApp, sending all the information/educational materials in time, informing them about any kind of changes related to the class or exams, helping them to fulfill all the documents and signing contracts in time, recording all this information in special database/Program; Creating the schedule for the program in case of need and informing students about it);

Signing contracts with the host studios and educators and filing (archiving) the documents;

Controlling timely payments of tuition fees from students;

Attending the exams and providing all kind of technical assistance (zoom calls, etc) in order to organize process;

Education:


Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

.

Working experience:



At least 2 years of sales experience

, preferably in the plates, manufacturing, or industrial sector;

Experience in handling

customer queries, complaints, and service improvement

.

Skills and abilities:



Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills;

Strong negotiation skills;

Excellent time management skills;

High sense of responsibility;

Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
