The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into confirmed clients, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and follow-up discipline.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins).
Explain services, procedures, pricing, and packages to clients clearly.
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Follow up with potential clients until closure.
Client Handling
Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.
Schedule consultations and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
Handle client objections and provide solutions.
Ensure high client satisfaction before and after service.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales reports and lead follow-up records.
Update CRM / Excel sheets with accurate client information.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with medical, reception, and marketing teams.
Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and communication protocols.
Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Executive (clinic / medical / cosmetic preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Hair transplant / aesthetic / medical clinic sales experience.
Call center or telesales background.
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
