Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by
developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and
expanding product penetration within the Car Care & Workshop Consumables
segment. The role focuses on field sales execution, customer acquisition, and
day-to-day account management across assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
i? Generate new business through active prospecting of workshops,
garages, fleets, and retailers.
i? Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales volume and
repeat business.
i? Promote and sell car care products and workshop consumables in line
with company strategy.
i? Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and customer
meetings.
i? Execute pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives as directed by
management.
i? Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and
customer requirements.
i? Ensure timely order processing, coordination with supply chain, and
follow-up on deliveries.
i? Support collections by coordinating with customers and internal
finance teams.
i? Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
i? Experience in sales within car care products, workshop consumables,
automotive aftermarket, or related sectors.
i? Strong understanding of workshop operations and consumables
usage.
i? Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
i? Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
activities.
i? Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned
territory.
Travel Requirements: (Percentage
of travel expected) 70% - 90%
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mechanical engineering or a related
field;
- Experience:
i? Having 3 to 7 years' Experience in sales within car care products,
workshop consumables, automotive aftermarket, or related industry
i? Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
i? Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Skills:
i? Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
i? Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business
growth
i? Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Budget Information:
Salary Range: Minimum: 8,000 AED
Maximum: 12,000 AED
