Make daily outbound calls to new and existing leads.
Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in previous interactions.
Maintain and update the event/activity calendar accurately.
Coordinate with support teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Promote additional services and products through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM or other tracking systems.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Share customer feedback with relevant departments to improve service and offerings.
