Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive (or Salesperson) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will drive business development for our CAD & BIM services, training programs, and digital transformation solutions within the AEC sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote CAD & BIM solutions, training, and resource deployment services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and developers.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Represent B Square Global at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales/business development in AEC / CAD / BIM / Software / Engineering Solutions.
Strong understanding of BIM technologies, CAD technologies, and digital project delivery.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven with the ability to achieve sales targets independently.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred).
