Job Description

We are seeking a

dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven Sales Executive

to join our

Project Sales Division

. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of

building materials

, including

tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products

.

This role requires a proactive professional with a solid background in the

construction industry

and strong relationship-building skills with key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector. Promote and sell products to

contractors, architects, consultants, developers

, and other key decision-makers. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely communication and superior service. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully. Maintain organized records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.

Reporting & Coordination

Keep detailed documentation of client communications, sales performance, and ongoing activities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure

smooth order processing

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering

, or a related field. Minimum

2-3 years of proven sales experience

in the

building materials or construction industry

(preferred). Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship management

skills. Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently. Proficient in

CRM systems

and

Microsoft Office Suite

.

Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle

(preferred).
