The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and promoting the company's ISO management consulting services. The role focuses on selling ISO implementation, training, internal audit, and certification support services to organizations across different sectors.
2. Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and engage potential clients across various industries (construction, trading, facilities management, hospitality, logistics, etc.).
Present company services and explain the benefits of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 27001, etc.).
Prepare and deliver professional commercial proposals and quotations.
Follow up consistently with prospects until closing the deal.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Arrange and attend client meetings, both online and onsite.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and strategy sessions.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's.
Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience B2B.
Must have car ( required ).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
Salary: 4500 - 6000 + commission
