We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with strong experience in the automotive industry, preferably in car maintenance and service-related sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing deals for car fleet servicing and tyre sales (B2B & B2C). A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for fleet servicing and tyre sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers.
Conduct client visits, prepare proposals/quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and track performance results.
Collaborate with workshop and procurement teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain an updated customer database and follow-up schedule.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably related to car maintenance, service packages, or tyre sales.
Proven sales experience in B2B and/or B2C environments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
Knowledge of automotive services, tyres, and fleet maintenance solutions.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Preferred
Existing client network in fleet, rental, or logistics companies.
Familiarity with German, Japanese, and American vehicle brands.
