About the Role

We're looking for a

Sales Executive who genuinely loves cars

and understands the automotive space. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, combining

direct sales, event-driven marketing, and coordination of digital leads

. You'll play a key role in growing Autowerks as a premium, full-stack car care studio.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

direct sales

for detailing, PPF, ceramic, and car care services Manage walk-ins and convert enquiries into confirmed jobs Represent Autowerks at

car shows, meets, and external events

Help

host in-house events

and community meetups at Autowerks Work with the marketing team to: Oversee digital enquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, website) Ensure fast responses and proper follow-ups Coordinate with operations to: Open job cards Share accurate customer requirements Ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction Build relationships with car owners, enthusiasts, and partners Follow up post-service for feedback, reviews, and repeat business

Requirements

Prior experience in the

automotive industry

(detailing experience is a strong plus) Strong

passion for cars

and car culture Based in

Dubai

Comfortable speaking with premium customers Good communication and basic sales skills Willingness to work weekends/events when required
