Job Description

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales record in multi-brand automotive/ auto repair / auto insurance industry in the UAE
  • Preferably bachelor in business, management, marketing, or relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of market & industry-relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Proficient in English & Hindi (Arabic speaking is a plus)
  • Well-versed in MS Office / emails & reports
  • Must have UAE Valid Driving License
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Identify new opportunities in the market and approach customers to increase sales generation. \xc2\xb7 Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements. \xc2\xb7 Perform daily selling activities: Conduct sales calls, customer visits, demonstrations, proposal creation/presentation, and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes. \xc2\xb7 Conduct research on industry trends, market activities, and competitors and propose enhancements to our services, by providing regular feedback to management. \xc2\xb7 Represent Bright Spark at servicing events, exhibition and demonstrations. \xc2\xb7 Attracts potential customers through marketing activities \xc2\xb7 Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities. \xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with all colleagues, in a respectful and professional manner, in order to achieve the common goals \xc2\xb7 Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to management on customer visits & feedback, current deals and prospect customers. \xc2\xb7 Gather market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to all Bright Spark Managers. \xc2\xb7 Keep track of outstanding payment and follow up on the same. \xc2\xb7 Update all sales activities in Sales Force (CRM tool) on a daily basis. \xc2\xb7 The ability to behave in an honest and reliable manner, displaying moral character and full adherence to MHAO Group values Additional Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Follow up with all customers for their satisfaction survey and provide feedback to senior management accordingly to set up meeting with senior management, service manager and the team. \xc2\xb7 Deliver CRM strategies across the organization and provide quality service and support to Bright Spark customers by building strong digital and non-digital engagement communication \xc2\xb7 Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business. \xc2\xb7 Administrating and managing of BS website and all social media platforms. \xc2\xb7 Establish BS Call Centre layouts, suggestions, planning, recommendation and implementation. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining a safe and clean workshop environment, including ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintenance of equipment \xc2\xb7 "To adhere to quality and H&S policy and requirements of the organization To inform Workshop supervisor /Service Manager incase of any non compliances in quality and H&S" Job Type: Full-time
