Key Responsibilities:
Identify and sell the correct
auto body parts
for Korean vehicles (Hyundai, Kia, etc.)
Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers--both retail and wholesale
Handle inquiries and coordinate orders for
local and international clients
Conduct regular
market research
to stay informed about pricing trends, new product demands, and competitor offerings across different regions
Explore and develop
new customer opportunities
in both the UAE and global markets
Maintain updated knowledge of Korean vehicle models and parts compatibility
Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team to ensure product availability and timely delivery
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local garages, export buyers, and bulk purchasers
Provide insights and suggestions to improve product offerings and sales strategies
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in
auto body parts sales
, with focus on Korean cars
Familiarity with the
UAE market
and knowledge of
international export markets
is highly desirable
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Arabic speaking preferred
; English is mandatory
Experience with auto parts catalog systems or ERP software is a plus
