We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Sales Representative with a strong background in Interior Fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in architecture or civil engineering, as well as a passion for sales, to effectively promote our services and solutions to clients in the interior design and construction sectors.

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their technical requirements, and offering tailored solutions that align with their interior fit-out needs. This role requires the ability to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the interior fit-out industry, including architects, contractors, and project managers.

Sales Presentations & Proposals:

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, providing clear, detailed explanations to potential clients.

Technical Expertise:

Leverage your knowledge of architecture or civil engineering to assist clients in selecting the right solutions for their interior fit-out projects.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to client specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

After-Sales Support:

Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any technical concerns or issues related to the fit-out process.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (required).

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in sales or technical sales, preferably within the Interior Fit-out industry.

Skills:

Strong technical understanding of interior fit-out products and services. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Tagalog and English (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in interior design and construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in both Tagalog and English. Previous experience working with interior fit-out companies or in the construction sector. Understanding of building codes and regulatory requirements related to interior construction.
