Job Description

ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify potential clients and generate leads for AMC and retrofit solutions.Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with facility managers, property owners, and contractors.Sales & Consultation: Understand customer needs, conduct site assessments, and propose suitable AMC or retrofit solutions.Technical Advisory: Work with engineers and service teams to provide customized HVAC service plans.Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare proposals, present contract terms, and finalize agreements with clients.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely follow-ups, contract renewals, and high service quality.Required SkillsEducation: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC, Business, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in HVAC sales, AMC, or retrofit solutions.Able to bring minimum of AED 500K Sales / Month Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cooling systems, energy efficiency, and maintenance services.Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and negotiate contracts.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.UAE Market Knowledge: Understanding of local regulations and industry standards.Driving License: Valid UAE driving license preferred.
