Sales Executive - Box Making / Packaging Solutions
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify potential clients in sectors like corporate, luxury goods, cosmetics, electronics, and hospitality.
Reach out via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to pitch packaging solutions.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Understand client requirements and offer customized packaging solutions.
2. Quotation & Proposal Management
Prepare accurate quotations based on client specifications, materials, and production costs.
Follow up on proposals to secure orders.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules while maintaining company profitability.
3. Coordination with Internal Teams
Communicate client requirements clearly to the design and production teams.
Ensure artwork and sample approvals are obtained before production.
Track order progress and update clients on delivery timelines.
4. Market Research & Reporting
Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, and technologies.
Analyze competitor products and pricing.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
5. Customer Service & After-Sales
Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collect feedback to improve service and product offerings.

Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in packaging, printing, or luxury product sales.
Strong understanding of custom packaging products, materials (PU leather, paperboard, MDF, velvet, etc.), and printing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel & Words.
