Falak Travel & Tourism is hiring an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience in the travel, hospitality, or service industry. Training will be provided for all our travel products and services, including Umrah packages, air tickets, visas, and holiday tours.

The candidate must be confident to face the camera for marketing videos and have no objection to appearing on social media platforms on behalf of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries for Umrah packages, air tickets, visas, and holiday tours. Convert leads into sales through effective communication. Maintain customer follow-ups and daily sales reports. Participate in video recordings and marketing content creation when required. Provide strong customer service and maintain a professional attitude. Work with the marketing team to increase conversions. Update CRM or sales logs as needed.
Requirements

Previous sales experience (travel industry experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in appearing on camera for promotional videos. No objection to being featured on social media platforms. Basic knowledge of travel services (training provided). Energetic, presentable, and target-driven. Urdu/Hindi or English speaking.
Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 2,000 - AED 2,500 (depending on experience) High commission on every confirmed sale Monthly performance incentives Training provided on all company products
