Sales Executive (Commission-Based) - Star On Car, UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated and well-spoken Sales Executive to join our automotive customization business. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong English fluency, and the ability to turn leads into confirmed sales.
Responsibilities
:Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls. Use ChatGPT or AI tools to draft smart, engaging responses and proposals. Convert leads into bookings for starlight headliners, wraps, and PPF services. Maintain customer relationships and follow up professionally. Coordinate with the marketing team to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of ChatGPT and AI tools. Fast typing speed and attention to detail. Strong communication and sales skills (automotive experience preferred). Proactive, disciplined, and goal-oriented attitude.
Compensation:
Commission-based (high commission per sale + performance bonuses).
working hours 9:00AM - 9:00PM
