We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Emirati National) to lead the business growth of our cleaning services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, developing strong business relationships, and driving the company's revenue through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share. Identify and approach potential clients for cleaning and maintenance services (residential, commercial, and industrial).Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service contracts. Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service quality and timely delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events. Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements: National (Emirati) - required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the cleaning or facility management industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and market understanding. Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
