Shaolin Kung Fu Academy is growing, and we're looking for a driven

Sales Executive

to help more families and professionals join our community. If you're a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

Sell memberships

: Drive new sign-ups and upgrades; manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.

After-school programs

: Enrol students, manage enquiries, and coordinate schedules with parents and staff.

Events & retreats

: Promote, upsell, and coordinate registrations for workshops, camps, and retreats.

Front Line

: Be the first point of contact for

parents and students

--handle enquiries, tours, follow-ups, and feedback.

Pipeline & reporting

: Maintain accurate CRM records, weekly forecasts, and performance reports.

On-site support

: Assist at open days, demos, and academy events to maximise conversions.

Outreaching -

Outflowing to businesses to generate corporate contracts
Must-have requirements

Exceptional spoken and written English.

Minimum 2 years residing in Dubai.

At least 3 years of sales experience (non-retail).

Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills. Confident with CRM tools, WhatsApp/phone sales, and email follow-ups. Positive, professional presence with a service-first mindset.
Nice to have

Experience in education, fitness, sports, wellness, or hospitality sales. Arabic or additional languages. Familiarity with after-school programs or family-oriented services.
