We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the

TADBEER

sector or similar service-oriented environments, with a proven ability to close sales and provide exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and Deploy domestic worker packages (live-in, part-time, full-time, on-demand) Meet and exceed sales targets through walk-ins, leads, referrals, and outbound calls Maintain excellent knowledge of TADBEER policies, packages, and service procedures Generate new leads through outbound calls, walk-ins, corporate visits, and referrals Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits Maintain detailed knowledge of TADBEER services, packages, and government policies Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention Coordinate with the operations and Typing teams to ensure smooth processing of contracts, visas, and onboarding Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback Follow up on leads and ensure high client satisfaction and retention Guide clients through the selection and hiring process for housemaids, nannies, cooks, drivers, and other domestic roles

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in TADBEER Strong interpersonal and communication skills Arabic speaker preferred (Syrian nationality is an advantage) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Target-driven with a proactive attitude Must be currently residing in the UAE
