to join our UAE team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and promoting ELV solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS, and related security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities within the UAE market for ELV solutions.
Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals.
Achieve assigned monthly/annual sales targets.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and solution presentations.
Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to finalize proposals.
Keep updated on UAE regulations, industry standards, and competitor activities.
Ensure smooth handover of projects to the execution team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / related field.
3-5 years of proven sales experience in ELV systems in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of products such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, SMATV, and Structured Cabling.
Existing client network in UAE construction and MEP sector is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
