Functional Role
Oversee complete sales functions for the company across all products and brands
Plan and develop sales strategies and innovative ideas to grow business and market share
Manage the sales team, including training, mentoring, and motivating team members
Develop marketing ideas to promote and penetrate company brands and products
Lead company participation in marketing events and exhibitions
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Track and monitor sales performance
Provide sales forecasting and report on new trends and market developments to management
Collaborate closely with other departments and individuals to ensure successful progress of the sales function
Conduct market research and direct interactions to collect competitor and market trend data
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of industry experience
Strong customer relationship management skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proven team leadership capabilities
Goal-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills; multilingual preferred
Personal Attributes
Self-motivated individual
Arabic-speaking preferred
Must possess a valid UAE driving license and own car
Field-based role requiring regular client visits and market engagement
Strong ambition to build significant business growth with the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
