Implement a lead generation strategy.
Develop and manage networks within the Steel & Aluminium Fabrication industries & Industrial Works segment.
Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project.
Post Sales, follow up for all payments as per agreed terms.
Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects.
Maintain acceptable profit margins.
Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information.
Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
Coordinating with Purchase, Plant, Erection & Sales teams.
Willing to travel as per project need.
Expertise
Bachelor?s degree in engineering or related field and Master of Business Administration (preferred).
Minimum three years of experience in Sales/Business Development - Tendering & Fabrication.
To develop the Sales market in the segment. Enhance market penetration and business in the steel and aluminium fabrication industry catering to the needs of Infrastructure companies.
Should have a strong network and generate new enquiries, maintain database of customers in the heavy steel and aluminium fabrication segment and be capable of generating profitable business.
Functional responsibility of achieving Sales/Order intake.
Good understanding of Estimation.
Acquainted with the tendering process, tender tracking, project tracking, MOU, and JV.
Marketing Skills in Engineering Project Field.
MIS, Proficient with computer & internet working.
