Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and results-oriented
Sales Executive
to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for hospitality and catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, institutional, and private sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
Work closely with the kitchen and operations team to ensure service excellence
Provide timely sales reports and market feedback to management
Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or catering
Fluent in
Arabic and English

must
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets
UAE driving license preferred
Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
Presentable and confident in client-facing interactions
