We are a growing garments manufacturing company seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in apparel sales, strong industry contacts, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify and acquire new clients, including wholesalers, retailers, brands, and corporate buyers.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Promote company products, manufacturing capabilities, and customization options.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals in coordination with management.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the garments or textile industry.
Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and fabrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure.
Strong client network in local and/or GGC garment markets is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
