Job Description

Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations

Deliver product/service presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.

Target Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report sales performance to management.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and strategies.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams. Share insights to align sales strategies with company goals.

Post-Sales Support

Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Follow up to maintain satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven track record in sales or business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
