Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our garment manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, including retailers and distributors, to promote our garments. Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers through market research and networking. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Sales Strategy and Targets: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team to refine product offerings and marketing strategies. Administrative Duties: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the garment or fashion industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the garment manufacturing process is a plus. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Compensation:

AED 3,000 per month as a base salary. Commission on sales, with attractive incentives based on performance. Accommodation provided by the company.
