Position Overview:



We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Field Sales Executive

to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing customer relationships, and promoting our full range of commercial kitchen equipment and services to clients in the HORECA sector. This is a

field-based role

, with the primary responsibility being to generate new leads, meet potential clients, and close sales while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and Generate Leads:

Prospect new clients in the HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, and catering facilities.

Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:


Conduct on-site meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our kitchen equipment and customized solutions.

Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:


Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals effectively, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence:


Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Sales Reporting:


Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Provide regular reports to the sales manager.

Collaboration:


Work closely with the design, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution from sales to installation and service.

Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in U.A.E.
Experience in the

HORECA

industry or a similar field (commercial kitchen equipment sales is a plus).

Industry Knowledge:


Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and the needs of the hospitality sector is a plus.

Sales Skills:


Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, negotiate, and close sales.

Communication:


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus).

Self-Motivated & Results-Driven:


Proven ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets.

Driving License:


Valid UAE driving license

Tech-Savvy:


Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and reports.
