We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close sales and build long-term client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by sourcing new leads, presenting design solutions, and managing client acquisition.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, site visits, cold outreach, and inbound lead management.
Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their design needs, budget, and vision.
Negotiate contract terms and close deals in alignment with company pricing structures.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Participate in marketing initiatives such as design expos, open houses, and online promotions.
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven minimum 2 years of experience in interior designing sales in UAE
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Ability to understand and articulate design concepts and value propositions.
Driving License is mandatory
Salary and Other Benefits:
Salary will be AED 5000
Fuel allowances will be reimbursed
Medical insurance will be provided
