We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

with experience in the

furniture industry

, a strong understanding of the

UAE market

, and the ability to engage with

government and hospitality sectors

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and effectively promoting our high-quality furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities, hospitality clients, and key decision-makers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE furniture market. Promote and sell a range of furniture products tailored for office, healthcare, hospitality, and residential use. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies. Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales within the furniture industry

(minimum 2-5 years ).

Strong knowledge of the UAE market

, including key players, trends, and business dynamics.

Experience dealing with government procurement processes and hospitality projects.

Established network of contacts within the

government and hospitality sectors

is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets under minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Basic Salary:

Competitive and based on experience.

Commission:

Attractive commission structure based on sales performance. Additional benefits as per UAE labor law (e.g., visa, medical insurance, annual leave).
