Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leads.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions, pricing, and product information.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with internal teams (production/design/marketing) to meet customer expectations.
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
