Job Title: Sales Executive - Arabic Men\'s Wear Location: Ajman, UAE Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting Arabic men\'s wear clothing and accessories.
Utilize product knowledge to advise customers on styling, fit, and fabric choices.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques and upselling/cross-selling strategies.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging merchandise displays to attract customers.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors\' offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Assist in inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, stock replenishment, and conducting regular stock checks.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in men\'s wear or fashion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Residency or valid work permit in the UAE.
