• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, and agent networks

• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads and opportunities
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

Ideal Profile

• Minimum two years of sales experience within the air freight industry in the UAE
• Strong client relationships and market presence within the UAE logistics sector
• Good understanding of airline business, air freight operations, and agent network development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid UAE driving license
