Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and new market opportunities to promote air freight services
• Plan and conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present tailored logistics solutions
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and account management
• Develop and expand the client base by building and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Maintain excellent client relations across the UAE market
• Bring regular market intelligence, including customer developments and air freight industry updates
• Support airline and agent network development initiatives
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations as required
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in air freight sales within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of airline business, air freight operations, and agent network development
• Existing client relationships within the UAE logistics or freight forwarding market
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive sales approach
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Computer literate with good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
