Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned outlets.
Monitor credit limits and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
Control wastage and returns to protect margin.
Track daily sales performance and report deviations proactively.
Customer
Build and maintain strong relationships with GT retailers and store owners.
Ensure product availability, stock rotation, and FIFO compliance at customer locations.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Educate customers on new products, promotions, and merchandising standards.
Internal Business Process
Execute trade promotions and activations in line with marketing plans.
Ensure planogram compliance and shelf visibility as per brand guidelines.
Provide accurate market intelligence, competitor activity reports, and pricing feedback.
Ensure proper handling of company assets (e.g. freezer units, POSM).
People
Coordinate with merchandisers and delivery teams for seamless execution.
Participate in monthly sales reviews and product knowledge sessions.
Support onboarding of new retail partners and outlets.
Uphold company values in all customer and internal interactions
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
A diploma with strong experience in GT sales may also be considered.
2-3 years of experience in General Trade sales, preferably in the FMCG or ice cream category.
Experience managing small grocery, convenience, or mini-mart accounts is essential.
* Previous experience handling branded freezer units or cold chain products is a strong advantage.
