Job Description

Business Development & Lead Generation



Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across SMEs, startups, and corporate clients. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.

Client Relationship Management



Build and nurture long?term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to accounting, VAT, corporate tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance services. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely follow?ups and proactive communication.

Sales Presentations & Proposal Development



Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, service proposals, and pricing quotations. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals accurately reflect service scope and regulatory requirements. Present service offerings in a clear, confident, and consultative manner.

Contracting & Onboarding



Support the contracting process by coordinating with internal teams to finalize agreements. Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by communicating required documents, timelines, and next steps. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and follow?ups in CRM systems.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
