We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling objections professionally.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role
- Standard working hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Day Off: Sunday
