Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the uniforms and textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in various sectors including corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial. Promote and sell uniform and textile products to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities. Coordinate with the production, design, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in uniforms, textiles, apparel, or related industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of textile products, fabrics, and uniforms is a plus. Ability to travel locally as required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Design, or related field preferred.
