Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients via phone and social media to explain trip details and offers.

Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable travel programs.

Follow up with clients from initial contact to final booking to ensure satisfaction.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients while upholding the company's professional reputation.

Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the tourism or travel industry.

Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of the local Emirati dialect is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum education level: High School Diploma or higher.

Positive, professional personality with a passion for helping people and creating memorable experiences.
