Communicate with parents and introduce the nursery's programs and services.
Manage and organise customer data using the
CRM system
(Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Conduct nursery tours for prospective parents and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Prepare daily and weekly sales and performance reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team and follow up on inquiries received via phone, email, and social media.
Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain strong relationships with parents.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
Good knowledge of
CRM systems
and data management.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Professional appearance and polite, customer-oriented attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
Team player with a proactive approach to achieving monthly targets.
