Sales Executive - Fire Stopping ServicesLocation:
Abu DhabiKey Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities for
Fire Stopping contracting and installation services
across Abu Dhabi. Establish and maintain strong relationships withconsultants, main contractors, and FM companies.
Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and technical submittals. Coordinate with project and estimation teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and site follow-ups. Track tender portals, construction updates, and upcoming projects relevant to Fire Stopping works. Achieve definedsales and margin targets
on a monthly and quarterly basis.Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
inFire Stopping contracting / service sales
within Abu Dhabi. Proven experience working withcivil defense-approved Fire Stopping contractors.
Strong understanding ofADCD standards, FM 4990, UL systems, and project site procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. UAE Driving License ismandatory.
