Job Summary:

Trust Well Properties is seeking a motivated and results-driven

Leasing Executive

to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and leasing our DED-approved offices and commercial spaces, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly leasing targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and lease Trust Well Properties' commercial and office spaces. Identify and contact potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable leasing options. Conduct property viewings and ensure a smooth leasing process from inquiry to closure. Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Prepare leasing documents, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly targets. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support overall business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in appearance and demeanor. Currently residing in the UAE

Salary:

3,000 - 3,500

per month

plus attractive commission structure based on performance.
