Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
Update CRM system with sales activities and client data
Marketing:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Promote the company and its products on social media and other digital platforms
Attend events, exhibitions, or trade shows to represent the company
Create or coordinate content for promotional materials (flyers, social media posts, etc.)
Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to help shape marketing strategy
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual or multilingual is an advantage
Social media management experience
Graphic design or content creation skills is a plus
