The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving company sales targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client accounts, and representing the company's products and services professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product improvements, and market opportunities.
Attend training when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships.
Target-driven and highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
