Cityway Facilities Management is looking for a results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a strong drive to achieve targets in the Facilities Management industry.Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of sales experience
, preferably in Facilities Management or related industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary:
AED 2,000 - 2,500 per monthSales-Based Commission:
