Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through outdoor sales activities.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Present company products/services professionally and persuasively Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotations Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of outdoor sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets ValidUAE driving license
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus Relevant educational qualification (diploma/degree), as per CV Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)Compensation & Benefits:
Basic salary + commission Transportation allowance or company vehicle
