, a leading Building & Construction Materials Trading company based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.Qualifications and Requirements:
1) A Bachelor's degree with business related course.
2) Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive.
3) Excellent written and verbal communication of English and Arabic language as well as strong negotiation skills.
4) Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
5) Actively seek out and engage potential clients in the construction industry.
6) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
7) Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
8) Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
9) Keep updated with market conditions and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
10) Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and profitability goals.
11) Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services to clients.
12) Ideally already based in the U.A.E.
13) With a valid U.A.E. Driving License.
