Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role involves prospecting potential customers, presenting products/services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities: * Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and potential markets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
