Key Responsibilities:
1. Manpower Supply & Staffing - Marine Industry
Identify and pursue
business opportunities with shipyards, dry docks, marine service companies
, and vessel operators.
Promote the company's capabilities in providing
skilled and semi-skilled personnel
including welders, fitters, riggers, electricians, blasters, painters, fabricators, and general helpers.
Prepare and submit
technical and commercial proposals
for manpower supply contracts and service agreements.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure
availability and timely mobilization
of workers as per client requirements.
Maintain close communication with clients to
monitor performance and resolve service issues
.
Develop and manage a pipeline of
active and prospective clients
in the marine and industrial sectors.
2. Corporate Debt Collection Services
Market and position the company's
corporate debt recovery and receivables management solutions
to businesses across multiple sectors.
Understand client needs related to
overdue accounts, credit risk, and cash flow
, and offer customized collection solutions.
Work with the legal and recovery teams to
coordinate onboarding of client accounts
, ensuring compliance with service-level expectations.
Maintain confidentiality and
handle sensitive financial matters with professionalism
.
Conduct
follow-ups, client reporting, and service feedback collection
to ensure high satisfaction and service renewal.
3. Business Development & Client Relations
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
and contribute to overall company growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with
key decision-makers
, including procurement officers, HR managers, finance controllers, and facility heads.
Represent the company at
industry exhibitions, networking events
, and client meetings.
Maintain a strong understanding of
industry trends, pricing structures
, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular reports on
sales performance, market feedback
, and business opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in B2B sales, preferably in
manpower supply, marine services, or debt collection industries
.
Proven track record of
winning contracts or accounts
in the shipbuilding, dry dock, or marine operations sectors.
Strong
understanding of manpower deployment processes
, work permits, and labor compliance in the UAE or GCC.
Familiarity with
corporate collection cycles, B2B credit terms, and collection service models
is highly advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and
negotiation skills
with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
Strong
presentation, proposal-writing, and communication skills
.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools
, and proposal generation.
Valid
UAE driving license
and willingness to travel to client sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
business, Marketing, Human Resources
, or related field.
Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, or others) are a plus.
Previous experience working with or selling to
marine contractors, offshore platforms, or industrial zones
